Meet Yanmei Brainard, LMT, MLDT

Yanmei Brainard, LMT, MLDT, has been providing personalized care for patients for over 10 years and has been with Everett Spine & Rehab since 2019. In 2004, she graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages in Dalian, China, then in 2018, graduated from the Ananda Massage Training program. Yanmei has strong clinical interests in helping clients with chronic pain management, rehabilitation from injuries, improving sports performance, and general health. ESR's emphasis on holistic care and client well-being aligns with her commitment to providing compassionate, individualized treatments that focus on both physical healing and mental relaxation. Yanmei uses a variety of techniques based on patient needs but focuses on deep tissue & therapeutic massage on the muscles. She also holds specialty certifications in manual lymphatic drainage massage and scar tissue massage. These techniques allow her to help patients with lymphoedema or patients who are post-surgical. Yanmei has two of the strongest hands in the industry and is highly sought after. A fun fact that many may not know is that Yanmei moved to the US in 2011 and shortly after, joined the US Army!
